Executive Team
The executive team of Eurolist is made up of the following individuals:
Bram van der Velden, the company's Managing Director and principal shareholder, is Dutch and joined Eurolist in August 1998. Previously, he was responsible for transport mergers & acquisitions in Europe at Hogg Robinson plc and prior to that he gained a wide experience in shipping, logistics and project freight forwarding disciplines with Royal Nedlloyd/Damco International and other groups in senior managerial positions in the United Kingdom, the USA and the Netherlands. He has extensive knowledge of port operations and combines his experience of sales & marketing with strong communications skills in several languages.
Ambrose Greenway is responsible for certain carrier contacts but his main focus is on cruise shipping. He sits as an Independent member in the British House of Lords, specialising in maritime affairs, and is joint chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Ports & Maritime Group. He currently chairs the Memorial Fund of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology and the World Ship Trust and past appointments include Chairman of the Marine Society , President of Cruise Europe and Chairman of the Sail Training Association. He is an Elder Brother of Trinity House, a Council Member of the Royal National Lifeboat Institute, a Past President of the World Ship Society and a Trustee of the Hales Trophy. He is one of the leading marine photographers in the UK and has written several books on shipping history.
Roger Perry is the Trade Manager and joined Eurolist in May 1996. He is responsible for certain carrier contacts with a distinct emphasis on short-sea and feeder trades. Previously he worked as marketing & sales manager at the Port of Tilbury for a period of ten years, specialising in conventional, reefer and roll-on/roll-off cargoes. Prior to that, he worked for the Port of London Authority holding various managerial positions.
Michael Morgan is an Associate Consultant. After a distinguished career in the industry including senior postings with OCL and ANZECS plus overseas postings with P & O Containers, Sea Consortium/X-Press Feeder Group and CICT/GIP Italia, his most recent position was that of Marketing Director of P & O Ports. Currently, he is Executive Chairman of the TLG Holdings group of companies and Deputy Chairman & CEO of the project development & investment company Global Sunrise Capital (Holdings) Co Ltd; both TLG Holdings and Global Sunrise Capital are actively engaged in China dealing with high-level government officers and key industries.
Mario Mancini is the Trade Manager for the Mediterranean region based in Genoa/Italy, and has been associated with Eurolist since 1997. Apart from a strong contact base amongst the local carriers and shipping agencies, he has wide-ranging experience with the Italian freight forwarding industry.
Bernt Nybom is the Trade Manager for the Scandinavian region based in Stockholm/Sweden, and has been associated with Eurolist since the late 1980’s. He is an experienced shipping industry professional with longstanding contacts in the Scandinavian forest products sector and Swedish automotive industry.
